Incorrect identification

Do not add an uncertain match. Retake the full player-side front and complete back in bright, even light. For a slab, photograph its cert label separately; a close label crop is not the card-front image. Review any candidate before adding it.

BGS certification numbers

BGS uses a printed cert number, not a QR code. Photograph the complete front label in sharp focus. Keep the smaller number directly below the large overall grade clear and centered. Do not use the grade, subgrades, or card number.

SGC certification numbers

Photograph the complete front label with the small authentication number readable. Current black labels may use a compact number; older green and white labels can use a longer hyphenated format.

PSA, TAG, or CGC code problems

Center the code, hold the phone steady, and avoid glare. You can also photograph the label or type the certification number. A readable cert is not the same as an officially verified cert. If automatic verification is unavailable, open the official grader page and use front and back card photos for identification.

Raw cards

Photograph the complete front and back, keep the card upright, and make sure small print and the card number remain readable. The back often resolves similar-looking releases.

No price available

“Not priced yet” means no reliable exact sales remained after mismatched cards, variants, and grades were removed. You can still save the card and purchase cost, then refresh its value later. eBay sold search is an external research aid, not automatically counted as verified comps.

Account deletion

Open Account → Privacy & account controls → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, cloud data, and collection stored by the app on the current device.
